The Relationship Ecosystem Quiz, workbooks, skill deck, and all associated materials are educational and self-reflective tools. They are designed to support self-awareness and conversation — not to diagnose, treat, or replace clinical care.

Results from the quiz are based on your self-reported responses and are not a clinical assessment. They reflect patterns for reflection and conversation — not diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical conclusions.
These tools are intended for adults 18 years and older. They include content related to sexuality, kink, erotic self-knowledge, mental health, trauma, neurodivergence, substance use, and suicidal ideation. A content warning is displayed at the beginning of the quiz.
If you are under 18, please do not complete the quiz or purchase any products.
We will never sell, share, license, or disclose your individual data to any third party — ever. This is a firm commitment, not qualified by business exceptions. Your responses to a quiz about your mental health, sexuality, trauma, and erotic life will not be monetized, disclosed, or used to profile you.
What you share with us is treated with clinical-level care, even though this is not a clinical tool. The sensitivity of the information collected — mental health symptoms, sexual behavior, erotic identity, trauma history, neurodivergence, suicidal ideation — deserves the same standard of care that governs clinical practice.
When you complete the quiz, you optionally submit your name and email. By submitting, you consent to:
· Receiving your quiz results by email
· Receiving a follow-up email sequence (approximately 5 emails over 30 days) with resources and product offers
· Being added to the cyborgdreamz email list
Your quiz responses (scores, dimension results, result tier) are stored temporarily in a private, access-controlled database to enable your personalized results email. They are not linked to a persistent profile unless you become a paying customer, at which point purchase records are stored for accounting purposes only.
· Sell your data to any third party
· Share your individual data with advertisers, data brokers, researchers, or any external organization
· Use your responses for targeted advertising or behavioral profiling
· Disclose your data to law enforcement except where legally compelled (and we will notify you if legally permitted to do so)
· Use AI systems to analyze or infer additional information from your responses beyond what is described in these Terms
· Retain your quiz responses indefinitely — data is deleted within 12 months of collection unless you have an active customer relationship
The only way community-level data from this quiz may ever be used is in aggregate, fully anonymized form — meaning no individual can be identified — for the following limited purposes:
· Understanding patterns in the community (e.g. which dimensions score highest across quiz takers) to improve the tool and community spaces
· Publishing non-identifying research or writing about digital relating, erotic wellness, or relational health
· Improving the clinical frameworks underlying the quiz
Any use of aggregate data will be disclosed in the cyborgdreamz Substack or community spaces. You will not be individually identifiable in any aggregate reporting.
Your data passes through the following third-party services. We have selected services that meet our privacy standards and have reviewed their policies:
· Make.com — automation. Your quiz results are processed here in transit. Execution data is retained for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. Make.com Privacy Policy: make.com/privacy
· Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — email delivery. Your name and email are stored in Brevo to enable email sequences. Brevo is GDPR-compliant and stores data in the EU. Brevo Privacy Policy: brevo.com/privacy-policy
· Stripe — payment processing. If you make a purchase, payment data is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). We never receive or store your card details.
· Google (Sheets) — private database for quiz result logging. Access is restricted to the cyborgdreamz account only. Google Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
No other third parties receive your data.
You have the right to:
· Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
· Deletion — request that all your data be deleted from our systems and our third-party processors
· Correction — request that inaccurate data be corrected
· Portability — receive your data in a readable format
· Withdrawal of consent — unsubscribe from all communications at any time using the link in any email
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@soleilmerroir.com with "Data Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.
The quiz collects responses related to mental health, sexuality, trauma, neurodivergence, substance use, and suicidal ideation. This is sensitive personal information. We do not treat it as demographic data or marketing information. It is collected solely to generate your personalized results and is not retained beyond the purposes described above.
Submitting this quiz does not create a therapeutic relationship, does not constitute disclosure to a clinical provider, and is not protected by HIPAA. However, we apply the same ethical principles that govern clinical confidentiality: your information is private, its use is limited to what you consented to, and it will not be used against you.
All products (workbooks, skill deck access, partner quiz) are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact hello@soleilmerroir.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it.
All materials — quiz questions, workbook content, skill deck, written frameworks, the cyborgdreamz brand — are the intellectual property of Soleil Merroir / Angie Gunn. The 9-dimension quiz framework, PTMF power mapping adaptation, and 6-A digital relating framework are original works.
Exceptions: the Neurodivergence dimension questions are adapted from Sonny Wise's Neurodiversity Smorgasbord (credited). Dimensions of Desire framework adapted from Dr. Liz Powell (credited). Power Threat Meaning Framework: Johnstone & Boyle, BPS 2018 (credited).
You may use purchased materials for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, sell, or adapt any materials without written permission.
Clinicians may share quiz results or workbook excerpts with clients in a clinical context with attribution. For training or group use licensing inquiries, contact hello@soleilmerroir.com.
Referral codes (THERAPIST, SWFREE, CYBORGDREAMZ) provide access to the quiz and are issued at our discretion. Codes do not provide access to paid workbooks or products unless specified. They may be discontinued at any time.
cyborgdreamz and Soleil Merroir are not liable for any harm, distress, relational conflict, or clinical consequence arising from use of these tools. These tools are intended to support self-reflection, not to replace professional support.

Access to cyborgdreamz community spaces, Discord, and mixer events is governed by community agreements specific to each space. Community participation requires agreement to those terms, which are provided at point of entry. Community spaces are adults-only and require explicit consent frameworks.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the quiz, site, or products after changes constitutes acceptance. The date of last update is noted at the top of this page.
